How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order to the United States and Canada.
How long will my order take?
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 7 to 20 business days later. Details in our Shipping Policy.
Why does delivery take longer than big stores?
Our products ship directly from our partner warehouses, some of them overseas. It keeps prices low, and every order is tracked.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email or our Track your order page.
Will I pay customs fees?
You should not. If a carrier asks for import fees on one of our orders, contact us before paying.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
The methods shown at checkout, including PayPal and major credit cards. Payments are processed securely by PayPal and Stripe; we never see your card number.
In which currency are prices shown?
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Your bank converts the amount if your card is in another currency.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded at no cost. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
How do I start a return?
