We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7 to 20 business days after shipping. Our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses, some of which are located overseas, which is why delivery can take longer than with local stores. The estimated delivery window is shown on each product page.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen during holidays, bad weather or customs inspections.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. You can follow your package from the Track your order page or from the link in your shipping email. Tracking can take 3 to 5 business days to show the first movement.
Orders with several items
If you order several products, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive a tracking number for each package.
Customs, duties and taxes
Our prices are meant to include any import duties for the United States and Canada, so you should not have to pay anything at delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for import fees on one of our orders, contact us before paying and we will take care of it or reimburse you.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of your order and we will correct it before it ships. We cannot redirect a package once it has shipped.
Lost or late packages
If your order has not arrived after 30 business days, or if tracking shows it as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at info@jwfinds.com. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or a full refund.
