These terms apply to every visit and purchase on JW Finds (the “store”). The store is operated by W Boite Media, 29 rue Turgeon, Québec, Canada (“we”, “us”). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and sizes may vary by a small margin. Product images may include accessories that are not included; the description lists what you receive.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping to the United States and Canada is free. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Availability
Products are shipped by our supplier partners. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
4. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery, returns and refunds follow our Shipping Policy and our Refund and Returns Policy, which are part of these terms.
5. Product use and safety
Use products as described in their instructions. Health and beauty products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Ask a health professional if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have doubts about using a product. Toys must be used under adult supervision and according to the age shown.
6. Reviews and content
Reviews shown on the store come from customers, or from the product’s sales platform when indicated. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection laws that apply to you, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.
8. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without removing any protection you have under the laws of your own state or province.
